Irina excelled at Tambov State Technical University obtaining her Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude/”Red Diploma” (the highest honor), in the Russian Federation where she is qualified to practice civil law in 2006. Irina completed her U.S. Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Cum Laude, in 2018. Irina was a member of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and also on the school’s Honor Roll all semesters. Irina was admitted to the California Bar in 2018 and to the Florida Bar in 2019.

Irina is experienced in developing and executing litigation strategy as well as in the accompanying high-stakes negotiations. She has advised both closely-held business and multinational conglomerates in compliance and key business transactions.

Irina is a hardworking, independent, and self-motivated individual. Her diverse background helps her to see things from various perspectives. During her time in Russia, Irina had an opportunity to attend court sessions on many occasions and represent various companies. She established and operated a general practice at the law firm, represented clients, oversaw all aspects of civil cases including client interviews, settlements, and trials, negotiated and obtained favorable settlements for 85% of cases. Researched contract-specific legal issues. Develop detailed litigation strategies for each case.

Irina is a devoted mom and an accomplished pianist. She is a health and fitness nut including having founded a health product line in the United States.
